Step1: Connect Your Social Media Accounts to MamaCRM

Objective: Learn how to connect your Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts to MamaCRM for seamless integration of customer interactions.


Step 1: Access Organization Settings

Log In to MamaCRM

Begin by logging into your MamaCRM account with your credentials.


Navigate to Organization Settings

Once you’re logged in, locate the Settings option in the main menu. This is usually found in the top-right corner or within a sidebar.


Click on Settings to open the configuration options.


Step 2: Go to Social Accounts

In the Settings section, find and click on Social Accounts under the Organization Settings category.


This will bring you to the page where you can manage and connect your social media accounts.


Step 3: Connect Your Social Media Accounts


Connect Facebook

Look for the Facebook option on the page.

Click on Connect Facebook Account.

A prompt will appear asking for Facebook credentials. Log in with the Facebook account you wish to link.

Grant necessary permissions to allow MamaCRM to access your page and analytics. (For your convenience we highly recommend you choose Optin to current and future Pages.


Connect LinkedIn

Similarly, locate the LinkedIn option and click on Connect LinkedIn Account.

Sign in to your LinkedIn account when prompted.

Allow MamaCRM to access your LinkedIn company profile or personal profile (depending on your needs).


Connect Instagram

Scroll down to the Instagram section and click on Connect Instagram Account.

Log into the Instagram account you want to connect.

Follow the steps to authorize MamaCRM to manage interactions and pull analytics data from Instagram.



Troubleshooting Tips:


Issue: Unable to Connect Account


If you're having trouble connecting a social media account, ensure that you are using the correct login credentials for each platform. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito window if the problem persists.



Issue: Permissions Error


Check the permissions granted to MamaCRM in your Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram account settings. Sometimes, changing these permissions can resolve connection issues.
