Projects in MamaCRM represent departments within your business or organization—each with its own marketing strategy and target audience. When opening a project you get a Marketing dashboard with all the AI tools to document your marketing strategy.
A good example of a department is when a restaurant has dine-in service and outside catering. Those are two separated departments because of the different products, SWOT and Target Audience.
So even if you only have one department, go ahead and create one.
👉 How to do it:
- Open your Workspace.
Head to the workspace and go to the last tool you will see ADD PROJECT. - Click “Add Project.”
- Fill in the project details:
- Name: e.g., Dine-In, Outside Catering
- Description: Give a clear, strategic overview of the department’s focus.
This helps the AI personalize your insights.
Example:
“Sales and marketing and team-building courses for managerial and C-level staff in Cyprus.”
- Name: e.g., Dine-In, Outside Catering
Or
“Speciality coffee on the west side of Colosseum with local products and preferred by locals”
- Why it’s important:
The more specific and descriptive context you give here, the smarter the AI becomes. It will generate content and strategies tailored to that department’s needs, including: - 🔍 SWOT analyses
